You might find Jessica Fickett answering a customer's questions one day, then taking the helm of a trawler the next to complete a delivery. She is not your typical office manager, and her talents extend far beyond keeping the books.
Growing up in a family of mariners, pilots and boat builders, it's not surprising that Jessica is equally at home at the helm of a trawler or in the lefthand seat of a private aircraft. Anyone familiar with Mirage will likely recognize her voice, as she's been pitching in at the office since the age of 13, often covering the phone and assisting in a range of clerical and administrative duties. She has since earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Florida, and now handles payroll and HR duties for the company—but she is far from desk bound. An accomplished skipper, she has ferried boats to and from the Bahamas, traveled to 49 of the 50 states, and continues to build hours as a private pilot. Most recently, she has taken on the role of digital assets manager for Mirage, and like her brother Travis, is immersed in all phases of the business.
